TopTab provides a QR based tab and payment system for hospitality venues, including bars, lounges, restaurants, clubs and event spaces. It is operated by 360Sentinel, Lagos, Nigeria.
All payments are processed by Paystack. TopTab deducts its platform fee before funds settle to the venue owner. The current fee is shown on the pricing page and inside your venue dashboard.
On a prefunded tab, any remaining balance is refunded to the guest’s original payment method when the tab is closed. Refunds are processed through Paystack and typically arrive within 24 hours.
Venue owners are responsible for staff using the platform correctly, for menus being accurate, and for prices reflecting what is actually charged. 360Sentinel is not a party to disputes between a venue and its guests.
We may suspend a venue that breaks these terms or misuses the platform. Owners may close an account at any time by emailing hello@360sentinel.com.
