Privacy policy

TopTab is operated by 360Sentinel. This explains what we collect, why we hold it, and how to get it removed.

Data we collect

Venue owners: name, email address and a bcrypt hashed password.
Guests: an optional display name. No email, no account and no tracking identifier.
Staff: a display name and a 4 digit PIN set by the venue owner.
Payments: transaction references and amounts processed through Paystack. Card numbers are never stored by TopTab.

How we use it

Owner data operates your account, venues and dashboard.
Payment data is used for settlement, refunds and reconciliation only.
Audit records exist so a venue can prove what happened during a shift.
We do not sell data to third parties and we do not run advertising trackers.

Retention and requests

Transaction and audit records are retained for as long as the venue account is active, because they are financial records.
